Is there a Limit on Number of Requests?
Nope! You can add as many requests as you like. Once you’ve subscribed, you can add as many customization requests to your queue as you’d like, and they’ll be delivered one by one.
How long does the customizations take?
Your requests are processed in bulk, meaning when you add 10 customization requests they’ll be done at the same time, considering they’re simple and are delivered within 24-48 hours. Complex requests might take a bit longer, we’ll let you know on the Trello board.
How do I make Design Requests?
We make sure to provide a simple and effortless solution to you without having to go back and forth. That’s why you’ll have access to a Private Trello board where you can add your design requests. You may also share a video recording to better understand your needs.
Can I request revisions?
Yes, you can. Your Satisfaction is our top priority.
Difference between Standard & Premium Plan.
The Difference between Standard & Premium plans is the complexity of your requests. Premium Plan allows for Advanced Customizations, while Standard Plan covers Basic Requests.
Can I Request New Design?
Unfortunately, new design requests are not covered in our plans. This is only for the customization of our Child Themes. For example, changing color scheme to match your brand, making certain changes that you find hard doing yourself and may require code changes.
What If I only have a few requests?
The Basic Weekly Plan is the best choice in this case.
Can I get a Refund?
Regrettably, refunds cannot be processed if we have already commenced work on your requests. Please email us at [email protected] to inform us of how we can rectify the situation.
